Product Terms: Copytrained Coach

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Copytrained Coach Terms apply when you purchase Copytrained Coach, and to the 7-Figure Sales Page Playbook (the “Playbook”) if you add it to the same order at checkout. They’re Product Terms under our Terms and Conditions, which also apply to your Purchase. Where the two differ, these Coach Terms apply.

By purchasing or using Copytrained Coach or the Playbook, you agree to these Coach Terms and to our Terms and Conditions.

Capitalised terms used here, such as Purchase, Copytrained Materials, AI Model, Licensed Environment, and Outputs, are defined in Section 2 of our Terms and Conditions.

The version of these Coach Terms in effect when you made your Purchase applies to that Purchase. We may change these Coach Terms in the same way as our Terms and Conditions, and a later version applies to your Purchase only as described there (see Section 26 of our Terms and Conditions). We keep every version we’ve published, and we’ll send you the version that applies to your Purchase on request.

2. What Your Purchase Includes

Your Purchase includes:

Copytrained Coach – our tool for auditing and scoring sales pages, with the audit types described on its sales page at the time of your Purchase.
Setup instructions – step-by-step instructions for installing Copytrained Coach in your Licensed Environment.
Updates – every update to Copytrained Coach we release, at no extra cost (see Section 6).
7-Figure Sales Page Playbook, if you add it at checkout – a guide, in PDF, to writing every section of a sales page, with real-world examples and step-by-step instructions, and a printable Sales Page Conversion Checklist, as described at checkout at the time of your Purchase.

Copytrained Coach audits sales pages. It isn’t designed to write your copy for you, or to audit ads, emails, or other content. The Playbook is a written guide. It doesn’t run on the AI Model, and Section 3 doesn’t apply to it.

Your Purchase doesn’t include access to the Copytrained Hub, Coaching Sessions, the Personal Assistance Guarantee, or any other part of the System. The sections of our Terms and Conditions about them don’t apply to it.

3. AI Model Requirement

Copytrained Coach runs on the AI Model. To use it, you’ll need your own account and subscription with the AI Model’s provider, on a plan that supports the features Copytrained Coach requires, as described on its sales page at the time of your Purchase. You’ll also need a supported environment on your own device to install it, as described in the setup instructions.

You set these up directly with their providers and pay for them yourself, separately from your Purchase. Your use of the AI Model is governed by its provider’s own terms, not by these Coach Terms.

How often you can use Copytrained Coach depends on the usage limits of your plan, which the AI Model’s provider sets, not us.

We don’t control the AI Model’s Outputs, quality, or behaviour, and we aren’t responsible for them (see Section 18 of our Terms and Conditions). Outside the Copytrained Coach Money-Back Guarantee (see Section 8), outages, changes, or discontinuation of the AI Model aren’t grounds for a refund.

4. Delivery

After completing your Purchase, we’ll send Copytrained Coach to the email address you used at checkout, together with the setup instructions. You download it into your Licensed Environment. You don’t need an account with us. Your payment receipt and invoice come separately, from Link (see Section 7).

If you added the Playbook, we’ll send it to the same email address, as a download.

If an email doesn’t arrive, please let us know and we’ll send it again.

5. Access and Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Copytrained Coach for your own internal business purposes, under Section 3 of our Terms and Conditions.

Your Purchase covers use by one named individual. That individual must be you, or someone in your business or working for it. Each additional individual requires their own Purchase.

If Copytrained Coach is used by more individuals than your Purchase covers, that’s a breach of these Coach Terms. You may be held liable for that breach.

Your internal business purposes include using Copytrained Coach to audit your clients’ sales pages, for example if you’re a copywriter or agency working on their behalf. They don’t include giving a client, or anyone else your Purchase doesn’t cover, a copy of Copytrained Coach or access to it (see Section 9 of our Terms and Conditions).

Sharing an Output isn’t a disclosure of Copytrained Coach. A score or an audit you produce applies Copytrained Coach to a specific page. It doesn’t reveal Copytrained Coach itself (see Section 11 of our Terms and Conditions).

The Playbook. The same licence applies to the Playbook, for the same one named individual. You may use what you learn from it in your own work and in work for your clients, and you may load it into your own AI Model account for your own use. You may not share, resell, publish, or upload the Playbook, or any part of it, anywhere others can access it, or give a copy of it to anyone your Purchase doesn’t cover.

Copytrained Coach and the Playbook are part of the Copytrained Materials. Sections 7 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Prohibited Uses), 10 (Competing Use), and 11 (Confidentiality) of our Terms and Conditions apply to them in full.

6. Lifetime Access and Updates

Lifetime access means access to Copytrained Coach for as long as we continue to make it available (see Section 4 of our Terms and Conditions). Unless your licence ends under Section 8 of these Coach Terms or Section 24 of our Terms and Conditions, you keep everything you’ve already received.

Your Purchase includes updates to Copytrained Coach for an unlimited period, for as long as we continue to make it available, at no extra cost.

Updates keep Copytrained Coach current within its existing scope. A new product that adds scope or functionality beyond what you purchased, including the full Copytrained System, isn’t an update, and requires a separate Purchase (see Section 5 of our Terms and Conditions).

If we release a version of Copytrained Coach that runs on a different AI model, it counts as an update, and you receive it at no extra cost. To use it, you’ll need your own account and subscription with that AI model’s provider (see Section 3).

For the Playbook, you keep the version you received. If we release an updated edition of the Playbook, we’ll send it to you at no extra cost, but we don’t commit to updating it.

7. Payment

Copytrained Coach is paid in full, in a single payment of USD 47. If you add the Playbook, it costs USD 29, paid in the same payment. There’s no subscription and no instalment option.

The price includes any VAT, sales tax, or similar charges that apply based on your location. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. If you choose to pay in your local currency instead of US dollars, the amount is converted at Stripe’s exchange rate, which includes a conversion fee.

Copytrained Coach and the Playbook are sold through Link, LLC (“Link”), which acts as the merchant of record for your Purchase through Stripe Managed Payments. Link takes your payment, charges any VAT or sales tax that applies, and issues your receipt and invoice. We don’t issue a separate invoice for either of them, and Section 19 of our Terms and Conditions about providing a VAT number at checkout doesn’t apply to it. Your card or bank statement shows LINK.COM* COPYTRAINED. Link’s payment terms, shown at checkout, apply to the payment. Copytrained Coach and the Playbook themselves, and your licence to use them, come from us under these Coach Terms.

The Playbook can only be bought together with Copytrained Coach, at the same checkout. Anything else you add at checkout is a separate Purchase, governed by our Terms and Conditions and by any Product Terms shown for it at checkout.

8. Refunds & Guarantee

The Copytrained Coach Money-Back Guarantee. If Copytrained Coach doesn’t meet your expectations, for any reason, request a refund within 30 days of your Purchase, and you’ll receive a full refund of the amount you paid. You don’t need to give a reason. The guarantee covers the Playbook in the same way.

Refunds within a combined order. If you bought Copytrained Coach and the Playbook together, you can request a refund for either one, or for both. A refund for one doesn’t affect the other: you keep the product you didn’t ask to refund, and its licence continues.

You can request a refund by contacting us at primoz@copytrained.com, or through Link support, at support.link.com. The refund is issued to the payment method you used at checkout, within 14 days of your request.

When a product is refunded, whoever issues the refund, all licences granted to you for that product under these Coach Terms cease. You must delete it, and everything else you received with it, from your Licensed Environment, and you stop receiving its updates. Sections 7, 9, 10, and 11 of our Terms and Conditions continue to apply to everything you received.

This guarantee applies to your first Purchase of each product. If you purchase a product again after a refund, that Purchase isn’t covered by this guarantee.

This guarantee is in addition to your rights under law, not instead of them. It’s a commitment about your Purchase, not a guarantee of any result. We don’t guarantee any specific outcome from using Copytrained Coach or the Playbook. A score is our assessment of how a page is built, and an audit is our opinion on how to improve it. Neither predicts how a page will perform (see Section 17 of our Terms and Conditions).

EU right of withdrawal. Under EU consumer law, if you’re an EU consumer, you have an unconditional right to withdraw from your Purchase within 14 days of the contract date, without giving a reason. For Copytrained Coach and the Playbook, you keep this right even after delivery begins, and Section 19 of our Terms and Conditions doesn’t waive it. You can withdraw from your whole Purchase, or from the Playbook alone. To withdraw, send us a clear statement of your decision at primoz@copytrained.com. We’ll refund the full amount you paid within 14 days of receiving your statement, and your licence to what you withdrew from ends as described above. The Copytrained Coach Money-Back Guarantee gives you longer to ask for a refund: 30 days from your Purchase, instead of 14.
